The most easily recognised type of drop spindle. This spindle is extremely versatile!

The shaft is designed so it can be used with a half hitch knot as a bottom whorl spindle as well as having the possibility of using it as a top whorl spindle by using the hook. With this spindle you are able to spin using a variety of techniques.

The whorl of this spindle is made using reclaimed mahogany that would otherwise have been thrown away.

All wooden products are made with naturally fallen wood and finished with natural oils. They are tactile, smooth and soft to the touch. I believe bringing these natural materials in to your crafting strengthens your connection with the natural world and aids mediative crafting.

As we work all over the country, we may not always be able to dispatch your order as quickly as we would like. Whenever we are away from our base, there will be an announcement bar at the top pf our website. This will detail when orders will next be dispatched. If there is no announcement bar at the time of purchase, orders will be dispatched within 3 days.

We currently only offer postage across the UK. If you require EU or International shipping, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate this.

T-shirts and tote bags are print-on-demand products. Our availability is irrelevant in the production and shipping. Please allow up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20
